EXECUTIVE BOARD
Comprised of thirteen elected representatives, the BCPFFA executive board includes a President, a Secretary-Treasurer, eight Regional Vice Presidents, and three Trustees. This dedicated board advocates for 5,000 members across 56 Locals in its eight regions, encompassing vital roles such as firefighting, suppression, training, fire prevention, dispatch, mechanics, and clerical support. A core function of each Vice President is to lead various committees, specifically: Collective Bargaining, Database & Research, Finance & Audit, Governance & Policy, Grievance of Members' Rights & Legal Support, Health, Safety & Wellness, Human Relations, and Legislative Advocacy.

Shared Staff Support Team
Staff support serves both affiliates and the Executive Board. Operational support is shared across BCPFFA and Burn Fund functions, with BCPFFA-facing work coordinated through the principal officers.
