Constitution and Bylaws

The BCPFFA’s Constitution and Bylaws are the governing rules for BC Professional Fire Fighters. Affiliates have a chance to review the document before every convention and propose amendments at the Biennial Convention through your Local executive via the Affiliate Leaders Dashboard. Proposed amendments and recommendations received via resolution by your affiliate executive leaders will be considered through a resolution committee process prior to Convention.

Policies and Procedures

Policies and procedures are developed and reviewed throughout the year by your executive board. You can find the BCPFFA Policies and Procedures Manual via the Affiliate Leaders Dashboard. The manual provides guidance and assistance to the executive board and staff of the BCPFFA on a range of topics such as bargaining, budget/finance, government affairs, union governance, and various committees.
