Objectives: You will understanding the Structure of Benefit Programs, Prescription Drugs, Costing, Providers, Renewal process, Funding, Plan Designs, Privacy Issues, Disability Claims, Fraudulent Claims, Paramedical Practitioners, Supplementary Benefits, and Tracking Your Benefits.
